6:45AM .... Participants to gather at Main Entrance and prepare for Flag Off.
MUST HAVE Checklist:
1) NUMBER TAG attached onto bicycle
2) HELMET worn
7:00AM .... Event will officially BEGIN. Briefing and Speech by Organiser and VIP.
7:30AM .... !! FLAG OFF !! Participants are to follow Ride Marshals (Team ACT) alongside Polis and under the guidance of RELA officers.
9:30AM .... FINISHER MEDAL Collection at Finish Line for returning Participants (NUMBER TAG is required)
10:00AM .... Lucky Dip for returning Participants. (NUMBER TAG is required)
11:00PM .... Buffet LUNCH will begin at GRAND KAMPAR HOTEL
11.30AM .... CUT OFF time. Pick-up Lorry will begin picking up participants along the route.
12:30PM .... Top 20 Prizes LUCKY DRAW. Please be at Main Entrance.
2:00PM .... Event will officially END. See you again in KMR2017.

Kampar-Mambang Diawan - Temoh - Chenderiang - Sahom - Sungai Siput Selatan - Kg. Kuala Dipang - Malim Nawar - Kampar
Distance: 64.7km(+/-) on-road
Difficulty: 2/5 (one scenic hill to climb at about KM 20 in Chenderiang)
Water stations: Approximately at KM 37 , KM 54
