The Participant is required to complete the Registration Form with accurate and correct information.
The Participant is to agree to the "disclaimer note" and "note" stated on the Registration Form and sign prior to submitting it.
Registration is confirmed only when full payment of the fee is made.
Once the registration is being processed, there will be no refund for the Participant who fail to show up for the event and/or withdraw from it.

The Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any entries without prior notice.
The Organisers reserve the right to deny any Participant without wearing a helmet from joining the event.
The Organisers reserve the right to change the course/route in the event of mishap or disaster.
The Organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule of the event should it occur.
The Organisers reserves the right to use any photographs or recordings of the participants for any commercial or advertising purposes without prior notice.
